Studio D1 is the architecture, design and real estate consulting firm of 77 Legacy Group, based in Angra dos Reis, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
Our work covers architecture and design projects, urban planning and environmental consulting, feasibility studies for real estate developments, and real estate consulting. We seek to connect the built environment with nature and to organise space around each client's needs. We use natural materials to create architecture that is light, transparent, fluid and in harmony with its surroundings, with a contemporary, minimalist aesthetic.
Within the group, Studio D1 provides the technical and strategic foundation for investment decisions. We carry out technical, legal and economic feasibility studies for land and developments, advise investors and developers on shaping real estate products, and assess properties offered by Canaã Imóveis de Luxo. We also design residences, island retreats and marine structures that support the lifestyle Canaã Yachts offers. Clients thus find, in a single place, the analysis, acquisition, design, permitting and value enhancement of their assets, from land to sea.
