Process
Eight stages, from the first meeting with the site to the handover of the works. Each project adapts the pace and scope to what it needs.
Brief and site reading
We discuss the brief, the way you live and the budget. We visit the site and read topography, vegetation, sun, wind and zoning.
Schematic design
We set the concept: placement, volumes and the relationship of the house to the site.
Design development
We develop plans, sections, elevations and materials, and present the design in a 3D model.
Permitting
We prepare the documents and follow the approval with the municipality and other authorities.
Construction documents and coordination
We detail everything the works require and coordinate the architecture with the engineering disciplines.
Interiors and landscape
We develop materials, lighting, joinery and garden together with the architecture.
Construction administration
We follow the works so that what is built matches what was designed.
Handover
We review the result with you and hand over the works.
